Introduction

I am Monika Slomska, Owner and Managing Director of Knowledge Pyramid Ltd.

With the establishment of the company, I have realised my long-standing dream of offering personalised, high-quality services to my clients – based on more than two decades of practical, on-the-job work experience – that can act as valuable aid when it comes to tackling the various changes affecting businesses.

I possess extensive experience in the fields of regional, global, operational management and project management; my professional background related to service centres was characterised by covering a variety of complex tasks. Prior to founding Knowledge Pyramid Ltd., I fulfilled the role of “Site Lead” at a Hungarian service centre.

I have been continuously active as a leadership consultant in the Hungarian SME sector – I participated in several successful projects, during which I supported companies in the field of change management. With more than 23 years of leadership and hands-on work experience accumulated in several industries, I am the expert who forms a “bridge” between business needs and reality.

I have been the President of the Hungarian Service & Outsourcing Association since July 2020.
