Our methodology

How do we make sure that we develop programmes for our clients that support their goals indeed and that we provide them with knowledge that is really relevant?

After exploring and assessing client operation in detail our team of consultants, all with leadership and senior management experience, run an in-house workshop to develop optimal solutions and improvement proposals for the given situation.


Professional Councils
 Generally, we use a special methodology in all our projects: we create so-called Professional Councils with 3+1 (a total of 4) senior executives with 10-15 years of leadership and professional experience. These leaders assess the given issues and the situation of the company and determine the development directions. The project itself is carried out by one of the members of the Professional Board.

During our mentoring programs, we provide an additional professional consultant for our Mentors.
